Throughout the years, we have been improving the healthy aspect of our delicious confectionery products, such as producing high fibre bread and using eggs that contain the essential n-3 fatty acid in our famous Portukings’TM Eggtarts. We have made an official stand in our commitment to healthy living, whereby our slogan reads:

The slogan summarises our aim to produce confectionery products that are both delicious and healthy. As to date, our company has launched the following campaigns to promote healthy living:

• Carotenes & Vitamin E
  We have substituted the use of normal palm oil with the better-refined RED palm oil that contains carotenes and vitamin E in our cakes and pastries. The signing ceremony between King’s Confectionery Sdn. Bhd. and Global Palm Products Sdn. Bhd. places King’s Confectionery Sdn Bhd as the first exclusive user of the refined RED palm oil in the confectionery business (manufacturing of cakes and pastries).
  
  
• Dairy Calcium
  To counter the osteoporosis related bone fractures due to low calcium intake in Malaysians’ diets, we have enriched our cakes with dairy calcium. Dairy calcium is better than other calcium because it is naturally derived from milk and has high bioavailability. We hope the effort will increase the calcium intake of the Malaysian general public.
  
  
• Omega 3
  Today's human diet is vastly different from that of our ancestors. Most modern diets aren't sufficient in Omega 3 oils to acquire optimum health benefits. Promoting a healthier lifestyle, we have included Omega 3 in most of our pastry products. This essential which has beneficial effects on controlling blood pressure, reducing cholestrol promote brain and vision development, plays a major health role through the prevention and managing certain diseases.
